Besides being an amazing Facebook page that caters to those who love everything from unique art collages to instrumental/jazz/hip-hop music, it also serves as a digital-based label that has brought us beat compilations such as their tribute to Alice Coltrane. Cosmic Compositions’ series celebrating avant-garde Jazz legends will continue with the release of their upcoming compilation centered around Sun Ra, who was recently the main focus of a previous feature of ours regarding his importance. We are talking about Sun Ra here, so you can assume the producers who contributed brought their “A” game when it came to making the tracks spacey and far-out as possible.
