J-Live – “The Fun Razor”

With a name like “The Fun Razor”, you’d be right to expect a track like this to be, well, fun. And just as you probably assumed, this is one of the most flat-out fun hip-hop joints of the year. J-Live is showing off here, rapping bars on bars on BARS over a funky boom-bap production like it’s his last track ever. It’s not, of course, but it’s just so refreshing to hear an MC sound this upbeat and hungry, ya heard?
