Lupe Fiasco is wasting no time in terms of making sure everyone knows his new album, Food & Liquor 2, is on the way. In addition to dropping the pretty damn great visuals for “Bitch Bad” last night, he also revealed the artwork for the album. And, uh, it’s either one of two things: the best or the worst. Check it out below.
Just to note: Yes, the black square you see above you is indeed the cover of Food & Liquor 2. At least, that seems to be the case unless Warner is trying to be cute by shielding the true artwork of Lu’s fourth album until we get closer to the Sept. 25 release date. It seems like it’s real, though, especially given the mostly black motif he’s used on his single artwork.

I wish I had that chance. I read potholes pretty much everyday, but sometimes it just feels like he’s hated on for absolutely no reason. Lasers was a step down for sure, but even then it was better than a lot of the shit released around the same time.
In my opinion, everything he’s came out with since has been great.
And about the album.cover, I think he’s just trynna make music, you know, no gimmicks

who cares its just an album cover with 0 bullshit, this has been done before by many bands, lol at “lupe trying to be different” haters. the most impotant thing is the music, couldnt care less abiout the cover. same thoughts on the wiz cover. dont get why people rant about such trivial things. anyway, how pretentious is the cruel summer cover? that is someone trying to hard.
