As we inch farther and farther away from the heartless winter of 2013-2014 and edge closer to the summer solstice, hip-hop of the sunny variety is a welcomed sign of the times; fortunately, one generous individual dropped a blessing in disguise on the internet’s doorstep.
Serving his culture for years as a veteran writer focusing on the happenings of hip-hop, the Features Editor of NahRight.com, Stan Ipcus, began a modest career as a rapper back in the 90s. His love for recording rhymes never diminished, and he continues to sporadically release a record or two – much to the thrill of quite a few writers and artists alike.
Not too long ago, the dual creative released a respectable track fit for a highway ride in “Ride Out”. Ipcus’ multisyllabic approach never fails to impress, and this song is no exception; featured crooner Max Bent’s smooth chorus conjoins with producer Tymo Beats’ jazz-break beat to yield a single worth listening to.
