HVL dropped a vinyl only record last year through Deep House Rosie called Deep Survey. We haven’t had much of a chance to spin the EP, but today some of the audio is liberated through YouTube for our listening pleasure. “Ions” is a piece of deep house music, you could say, with slicing grooves and tip-toeing synthesizers. This is one of those tracks that would sit perfectly on a breezy summer day, or late night in a swanky lounge.
