Hodgy Beats‘ follow-up to last year’s solid Untitled EP should be here this Saturday, June 1. It was originally set to drop last week, but he wanted his Odd Future cohorts in Jet Age of Tomorrow to get their shine with Jellyfish Mentality. The first we’re hearing from the EP is “Years”, which finds Hodgy getting sing-songy over a beat filled with synthesizer waves and punches and rolling drums. It’s not clear who produced it, though I get the feeling it might have been Hodgy himself or his MellowHype partner, Left Brain.
