“Gillette Shit” Keeps Andre 3000 Off Big Boi’s New Album

Once again, do not expect Andre 3000 to appear on Big Boi‘s forthcoming full-length. In a recent interview, among other things, Daddy Fat Sax said Three Stacks could have been on the album if he wanted to, but he claimed he was too busy. Yeah, apparently all that label drama preventing it from happening in the past has been cleared up, 3000 just couldn’t make it happen. Read the full quote below when asked if the label business was cleared up and if he would make it on Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors:

No, that’s all cleared up now. He could’ve been on any song he wanted to. I gave the motherfucker about 5 songs, but I guess he was just too busy. He said he had to do some Gillette shit [room erupts in laughter]. No for real. He said he had some contractual obligations.

You can read the full interview with Village Voice here. Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors is due out Dec. 11. Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

André? You, like that West Coast “legend” Dre, are gonna get black balled one day. Yes, we are CRAZY HYPE for new material but life goes on. There’s plenty of acts that deserve our attention. Some day no one’s gonna give a shit, bitch!!
