We’ve come to expect raw boom-bap from Texas producer Gensu Dean following the release of this year’s Lo-Fi Fingahz, which featured the likes of Roc Marciano, Count Bass D, Large Professor, and others. But for his latest single, Dean’s showing that he can complement soul singers, too, as he’s linked with Olivier Daysoul for “Wantchu”. As you’ll hear for yourself below, this is clearly a duo that needs to keep working together. Also, can we get a new album, Mr. Daysoul?
