At the top of the month, I was admittedly blown away by “St. Tropez” from London newcomer Fyfe. And, thankfully, he’s remained in the zone on follow-up cut “Lies”. While it’s not quite as musically surprising as its predecessor, “Lies” further displays Fyfe’s ability to craft interesting pieces of pop music. That’s not to say this is completely accessible, but your indie pop-loving friends will no doubt swoon over this. Listen below.
