Frank Ocean – “Sweet Life”

With only a few days from the release of Channel Orange, Frank Ocean liberates the silky smooth new single, “Sweet Life”. Brighting things up a bit from the dark sounds of “Pyramids”, this track is celebratory and refreshing. The song was co-written by Pharrell, as his influence shines through in everything from the chorus to the production. I don’t know about you, but after hearing the first few leaks from the forthcoming album, this is sounding like one of the best R&B efforts in a damn long time.
