Remember the first time you heard Big K.R.I.T.? You know, that furious passion he restored in the sound of southern hip-hop that not many newcomers were able to do for quite some time. Well, it appears ForteBowie has accomplished a similar feat. While “Check” is just one song compared to an entire masterpiece in Krit Wuz Here, it is a promising first taste of what this 21-year-old has to offer.
