Flying Lotus Wants Kendrick Lamar Or Childish Gambino On “FLOTUS”

After throwing in “FLOTUS” to his recent BBC Radio 1 mix, Flying Lotus has been getting all sorts of praise for the laid back leaner he never thought would get so much attention. But with any leak from Ellison, the Internet blew up and demanded answers. Apparently, the Los Angeles producer planned on having Childish Gambino rap on the track, or even Kendrick Lamar. He added, “whoever gets to it first. I didn’t think people would care about that beat.” Of course, Flying Lotus has been on the fence with working with MCs in the past, but it appears with side projects like Captain Murphy, that is a habit he is learning to leave behind.
