Flying Lotus & Infinity – “Galaxy In Janaki”

Flying Lotus threw a party a few days ago at Los Angeles club Echoplex to celebrate the release of his near-perfect Cosmogramma album. But rather than stick to his usual performing style of bouncing from sampler to laptop to sampler to…you get the point…he came equipped with a live band called Infinity. I cannot identify the majority of the group, though I know that’s Miguel Atwood-Ferguson (or his twin) killing it on violin. I really hope this is where FlyLo ventures next musically because I could use some more crazy jazz with electronic influences. Seriously, Flying Lotus, I need an album’s worth of this stuff.

Hit the skip to watch FlyLo and Infinity perform the amazing track “Galaxy in Janaki” and prepare to have your mind melted.
