Maaan, and you thought Flying Lotus was busy based on yesterday’s news? Well, he’s adding yet another notch to his musical belt as he and Thundercat are working on a new theme for Aqua Teen Hunger Force. We don’t know when we’ll hear it just yet, but my research (aka Googling) indicates that the next season of ATHF is set to premiere in August. Also, FlyLo told Spin that there just might be a guest vocal on the track.

May 19 Update: Flying Lotus just revealed some more details about the theme song, which he said has a vibe similar to Nujabes’ theme for Samurai Champloo. Also, we’ll be hearing his rapper alter ego, Captain Murphy, on the track. YES!
