Tacoma emcee Fice has only his surroundings to speak on, but it appears that will go a long way. From the blue-collar town notorious for the Hilltop Crips, Fice spits about the streets, where the “innocence is robbed”, with choppy bars that paint the picture of his environment over the smooth canvas created by Rising Son.
