When they aren’t making music under their cop-duo aliases OFFICER DICK and LOU TENNANT, aaronmaxwell and James Matthew coexist together as FAMILY EVENT. Both seem to be having a great 2013 so far — their cassette tape label that launched this year, El Sereno Records, had to restock their catalogue due to current releases selling out. They also recently performed at a Badvice Collective “Very Rare” show with affiliates Sir Froderick, Ritchrd and Samiyam.
