West Coast producer Fa†e plops himself firmly on our radar with neck-snapping new single “Can’t Hold On”. To be fair, I’m a little biased considering it features guest rhymes from Potholes Music’s own Emay, but I’d be feeling this cut either way. Fa†e’s beat is simple without being musical wallpaper, meaning it allows his collaborators, Emay and singer Prxject, to shine over the ambient-leaning instrumental. This is mood music for sure, so maybe you should save it for later. It stems from the producer’s upcoming album, The Night Bus Home, which drops in October.
