Exile – “Sound Is God” f. MC aDaD

While we definitely loved Exile’s experimental and beyond-creative Radio album, we weren’t quite as keen on the remix version, AM/FM. It was just the fact that it was, unfortunately, an unbalanced affair with some incredible tunes and some, well, not-so-good ones. Falling in the former category is the newly MC aDaD-assisted “Sound of God”. Already a highlight off Radio, the track hit new heights thanks to the Chicago rapper’s memorable storytelling and dynamic delivery. With that in mind, I was pretty happy to see that a video was made for “Sound of God”. And I was even happier upon viewing it, as the visuals follow the tale waxed by aDaD. It makes me think: Am I the only person who’s an absolute sucker for storytelling joints?

Hit the skip for the visuals.
