Exile dropped his debut rap album last year, 4TRK MIND. While the acclaimed producer is no mic mangler, he did hold his own on his self-produced tracks, for the most part. While I still prefer to hear more flavorful MCs take control, such as Blu or Fashawn, it is nice to hear speak his mind for once with his own words. And hell, more Exile beats in the world is never a bad thing. To build up a bit more steam from the album, Exile releases the dark, yet incredibly hysterical Andrew Juncker directed visuals to “Klepto”, featuring the second rate producers ganging up on Ex after he talked shit about their MPC skills. 4TRK MIND is out now.
