I thoroughly enjoyed this album! He’s not the greatest mc but it was definitely easy on the ears because he’s such a dope producer. This will definitely get more spins on my deck!

The fact he’s a producer rapping doesn’t bother me. DJ Quik’s been doing it for decades. A producer who sucks at rapping though bothers me. Like if he went to the label as MC Get Busy instead of Exile and gave them the album, would we have heard this? Hell nah.
