Dilated Peoples was an awesome group, we can’t forget that. But Evidence, who remains a driving force as both an emcee and producer, is on the cusp of releasing his second solo LP. Cats & Dogs is the name, and it is set to drop Sept. 27, but Rhymesayers is now taking pre-orders and giving you “Same Folks” as a bonus! While “Same Folks” won’t end up on the album, it is still accompanied by a fabulous guest appearance from Fashawn and some fun visuals of the two trying to sell their CD on the boardwalk. Cats & Dogs will be available Sept. 27.
