UK songstress Emeli Sande must have developed a close relationship with the guys of Black Hippy. You might remember that she previously connected with Kendrick Lamar for her single “Next To Me” and later on, she hopped on a remix of “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe“. And now she’s recruited the group’s abstract asshole, Ab-Soul, to appear on a remix of her “My Kind of Love” single. For her British fans, this serves as a re-up of sorts as the original was put out across the pond in June 2012. But for us folks in the States, it’s a fine complement to the “newly released” single and it features a more serious-minded Soul, which, for me, is when he’s at his best.
