Earl Sweatshirt Cancels Remaining Tour Dates, Wants to Get New Album Out “While It’s Still Fresh”

earl sweatshirt pointing Earl Sweatshirt Cancels Remaining Tour Dates, Wants to Get New Album Out While Its Still FreshWe have some bad news for anyone hoping to catch Earl Sweatshirt on his upcoming tour dates. They have all been canceled and are as follows:

  • 7/10 Openair Frauenfeld: Frauenfeld, Switzerland
  • 7/11 Splash Festival: Grafenhainchen, Germany
  • 7/12 Les Ardentes: Liege, Belgium
  • 7/13 T In The Park: Kinross-Shire, UK
  • 7/16 Montreux Jazz: Montreux, Switzerland
  • 7/18 Pemberton Music Festival: Pemberton, BC
  • 7/19 Metro: Chicago, IL (w/ Domo Genesis & Mick Jenkins)
  • 8/24 FYF Fest: Los Angeles, CA

The rapper/producer took to his Twitter account to announce that he’s bailing on the dates for health reasons. “I am physically and mentally at the end of my rope,” he tweeted, also noting that he’s lost a good amount of weight during the jaunt. While this is clearly anything but good, there is a bit of hope left for all you Sweatshirt fans out there: He wants to get his Doris follow-up released “while it’s still fresh.” Here’s hoping we get to hear something from it soon. Well, after Earl rests up, of course.
