Ducktails, aka Real Estate guitarist Matthew Modine, maintains the positive summertime vibes even as the calendar drifts towards mid-August.  On “Sit Around With Ya”, Modine brings his familiar brand of lo-fi, jangly guitars and soft singing style, creating a fine b-side for the “Killing The Vibe” 12″ vinyl.
