As you might have noticed, some of our favorite producers here at Potholes hail from the Great White North. These include, but aren’t limited to, cats like Ryan Hemsworth and Toboggan. But they’re not just from the same country; they also tend to work together and run in the same circles. Or they just link via the ‘net, like Hemsworth and $1 Bin.
And that’s just what they’re doing here on 2012, a new compilation presented by Montreal’s the Villa. Across the 12-track free release, you’ll hear new music from all the acts I listed and even a few more. If you’re looking for something fresh and wholly palette cleansing this morning, you’d be hard pressed to find something better than this.
