Substantial has been in the giving mood these days. Earlier this year, he released a free album dedicated to the music and talents of Jill Scott and last night, he looked back to September 2012’s Home Is Where The Art Is for his latest drop. The DMV rapper has liberated the instrumentals for the acclaimed album and they’re from a strong cast of producers including Oddisee, SlopFunkDust, Eric Lau and M-Phazes. Don’t sleep on this one, because I get the feeling it won’t stay free.99 for long.
