Mes the Jive Turkey and DJ Fishr Pryce dropped a mixtape about a month ago re-doing a bunch of classic hip-hop tracks, adding their unique spin on things. I totally forgot about giving it a listen, luckily I came across it today and now I shall share it with you. What I found was a fun and interesting journey through some recognizable covers as well as some under-the-radar cuts. Not only does Mes do his thing on the raps, but some of the unique production on there is absolutely fantastic. You can find highly esteemed producers included in the mix like Rob Viktum, The ARE, and more. Sorry about the long delay, but if you haven’t already checked this out, now is your time!
