The folks over at Noisey caught up with Los Angeles-based producer Knxwledge for an interview and a new entry in their Touching Bass mix series. I’m focusing on the latter here because, among other things, it’s 31 minutes of warped, looping samples and rap vocals seemingly tied together by quotes from Belly. Yes, that Belly. In addition to hearing Nas and DMX’s characters get into trouble, you’ll hear some killer reworks of Lil Wayne‘s “John”, Andre 3000‘s “Prototype” (albeit briefly), and Meek Mill‘s “Believe It” along with plenty of blunted instrumentals. Enjoy. <3

Cool.
