With all the hype surrounding Blaq Poet‘s Tha Blaqprint, he has finally announced the official release date (June 30), along with a free sampler, giving a taste of what to expect. The Blaqprint will feature production from DJ Premier on all but two tracks, giving you that boom-bap vibe that has been vacant from hip-hop for far too long. The sampler runs through 15 tracks in 21 minutes, including the favorite singles like “Ain’t Nuttin’ Changed” and “Voices”. Give it a listen and be on your toes for more news as we lead up to the June 30th release on Year Round Records.

I have been waiting for an album like this for a while…. tell me who doesnt love Preemo’s beats…. my fav songs on the sampler “Voices”, “Hate” , “Aint Nothing changed” just to name a few….Fcuk it I’m loving the whole thing hahahah….

From what I heard in the sampler, all the beats are doper then Blaq’s rhymes. At least that’s my opinion. haha
