Don Henley of The Eagles Threatens Frank Ocean With Legal Action

While on tour, Frank Ocean has been performing “American Wedding” with a Guitar Hero guitar, a song that also happens to sample the Eagles’ “Hotel California”. Don Henley of the famous rock band has stated that he will sue Frank Ocean if he plays it again. To that, Ocean stated, “He threatened to sue if I perform it again. I think that’s fuckin’ awesome.” Frank Ocean noted on his Tumblr, “Don Henley is apparently intimidated by my rendition of ‘Hotel California’,” confirming that it is doubtful the Odd Future singer will ever perform the track any time soon. Frank Ocean will be appearing on the OFWGKTA album, The OF Tape Vol. 2, which is due out on March 20.
