Apparently Dominic Lord is a buzzing MC, but until now, I hadn’t even heard of the dude. “Pierce”, at least to me, serves as a stellar introduction into the world of this introspective lyricist. And with Hudson Mohawke on the boards, there is little reason to check this guy out. I am not sure if we can expect an official project from Lord in the future, but it looks like he has a rather promising future ahead of him. Oh, and the music video is nothing to sleep on, either.
