The Money Making Jam Boy of the Roots fame has gone on to drop a few solid solo efforts over the years. While I am truly not a fan of his singing, Dice Raw is still worth paying attention to. With some raps, but mostly singing on his latest track “Dining Alone”, it appears Raw is attempting to expand his sound into new territory. Employing some auto-tune like Bon Iver on Kanye West’s “Lost In The World”, this dreary piece sets the mood for a rather exciting forthcoming record, The Greatest Rapper Never: The Transformation.
