Damn, I don’t think we’ve posted about anyone else as much lately as Danny Brown. He was on that Flosstradamus joint remixed by Lunice, he rapped over J Dilla on “Jay-Dee’s Revenge“, and he’s the star of an upcoming Pitchfork documentary. In addition to all that, Brown’s the focus of Ryan Hemsworth‘s latest effort. The Dankey Kang Bootleg is a two-track free release featuring an instrumental and a remix of “Don’t Give A” from the first Detroit State of Mind mixtape. Given the players involved you’d expect nothing but heat, right? Correctamundo. To say these two need to work together on something proper is a gigantic understatement.
