Dam-Funk is still on his diggin’-through-the-vaults tip as he shares another gem from the past in “The Crown”. Particularly of interest here is the absolutely killer piano solo that rips up the last quarter of the track or so, though just as noteworthy is the uber-thick G-funk bass. Seriously, you could shatter some windows if you played this one loud enough and with the right system. So how about you go do that and light one up like Dam while you’re at it.
