Is there anyone more suited to cover a classic Zapp joint like “More Bounce 2 The Ounce” than Dam-Funk? Of course there isn’t. And during his 2011 tour with Master Blazter, someone was able to get some killer audio of the trio performing the track in Tallahassee, Fla.’s Club Downunder. This was, of course, prior to the tragic death of drummer Jovan Coleman aka J-1 aka The Deer. RIP J-1.
