I was wondering when boogie maestro Dam-Funk would deliver some new tunes this week. Typically, we’re kickin’ off our week with some vibrant, synth-heavy grooves from the Ladera Heights representative. But he’s making up for the change in delivery time by giving us a pair of never-before-heard cuts. There’s the unreleased, bass-driven “Delete Me” awash with synthesizer strokes along with a jazzy demo version of “Slump Wit’ Me”. I’m hoping both tracks get finalized and thrown on a proper project, though who knows where they’ll end up. If anywhere.
