Brighton’s DA-10 would like to take you on a journey on their new single, “Anaphase”, and it’s one driven by a combination of MPC, Roland SH-09 and Juno 60 synths. All of those instruments combine to create one of the most excellently layered, invigorating listens of the year so far. It stems from their upcoming EP, The Shape of Space, and sounds like what would happen if your copy of Sonic The Hedgehog played Pac-Man in an arcade while tripping on acid. If any of that sounds intriguing, and why wouldn’t it?!, you should be on the look-out for the EP when it drops April 29.
