Cyril Hahn‘s signing with PMR Records is serendipitous in the way that anyone creating art hopes that the right person hears or see said art and scoops them up for a nice deal. In this case, Hahn had remixed PMR artist Jessie Ware‘s fantastic “Sweet Talk” and the folks at the label heard it, contacted the producer, and presented him with a contract. Now, we’re hearing the results of that deal in B-side “Raw Cut”, a wonderfully low-key dance tune fueled by emoting vocal samples and a driving bass line.
