For his new album, The Stoned Immaculate, Curren$y is looking to get that paper. And, from the sound of it, he’s doing so without losing the breezy, blunted jazz-rap sound that made the two Pilot Talks and his other projects so damn addictive. Case in point: “Capitol” with 2 Chainz. While the rapper formerly known as Tity Boi might turn some of y’all off, he sounds just at home over the laid-back production on here as Spitta.
