Cotton Jones is a duo from Maryland that makes lo-fi, pastoral pop music. Their songs typically feature catchy (not cloying) melodies, fetching textures and clever turns. Their August release, Tall Hours in the Glowstream, resides firmly on the “criminally slept on” category.  Don’t let that happen with their EP Sit Beside Your Vegetables, due out Feb. 22 via Suicide Squeeze.
