Right off the bat, I don’t think “Mummer”, the latest from Dublin based band Clockwork Orchestra was a song I would be listening to on a daily basis. But, after checking out the Tanja Thomas directed film for it, I am hooked. Taped in a rather unique vertical dimension, the film features a female mime going through some interesting scenarios, bringing life to this piano-driven track. Apparently these guys have been pumping out lovely animated music videos since 2010, but there is still little word on where they will be taking things musically in the future.
