Trust me, I know: mashups tend to be the fucking worst. But I also know that when they’re done right, they’re pretty fucking entertaining and a sign that, perhaps, they’re not quite as awful as most of us think they are. Proving that point is Wugazi: 13 Chambers by Doomtree’s Cecil Otter and Swiss Andy. These two ambitious cats decided to mashup vocals from the Wu-Tang Clan with music (and sometimes vocals) from punk legends Fugazi. Yeah, it sounds absolutely stupid, but it works so well that it hurts. Seriously.
