I have been hearing about this pairing for quite a bit now, mostly thanks to press releases shot my way from the always on-point Audible Treats. And now, we finally have the first leak from Boog Brown and Apollo Brown’s forthcoming Brown Study album, which drops later this month. “Just Be” finds the Atlanta MC and Detroit producer on a more sensual tip, with the female Brown spitting some romantic bars over the male Brown’s dreamy, atmospheric boom-bap. Hip-hop needs some more tracks like this, don’t you agree?

The next one coming Tuesday is as hard as you could get – just to show the two sides of the album. It’s called Friction and features Miz Korona & Invincible over a smash mouth beat from Apollo with cuts!
