Boldy James – “For The Birds” [Video]

If all goes right, Boldy James will get the love that Freddie Gibbs has received over the past few years. Like Gibbs, James has a sharp flow and street-centric approach, both of which make for some of the better “gully” hip-hop out there. And he can even sound at home over a minimalist banger like the one Chuck Inglish crafted on “For The Birds“. We heard the track earlier this year but it gets some new life in the crisp visuals below. It’ll find a home on James’ new EP, which drops in late October. [via]
