Trust us, this summer is going to be explosive for new music. One of the most anticipated records, at least in my book, is Bobby Womack‘s The Bravest Man In The Universe. After seeing what XL Recordings did with Gil Scott-Heron last year, there is no doubt that their team can cook up something stellar for this living legend. It’s produced entirely by Damon Albarn and Richard Russell and we now get our hands on the title track. Molding a classic voice with such contemporary sounds is unsettling at first, but it ends up being a match made in heaven.
