When the folks at Fake Four hit us up about South Florida spitter Bleubird’s new album, CANNONBALL!!!, we were instantly intrigued from what we had heard about it. I mean, production from the likes of Astronautalis and Radical Face? And heady rhymes wrapped around these beats? Yes, please. Then when they told us about the concept behind the visuals for single “Pimp Hand”, we were even more interested. The whole thing was inspired by classic Blaxploitation movies and was even shot on 8mm film. If you’re not digging this, you don’t love music videos.
