Here is a terribly awesome surprise that I found on the internets this morning, a new track from Blackbird Blackbird‘s Halo. While I wouldn’t say any of Mike Maramag’s past work weren’t complete songs, “Halo” sounds like something much more full and concrete than what we have heard in the past. Not only that, but he pretty much ditched the glitchy beatsmithing and went straight for some lo-fi indie influence. I am not going to lie, I am a big fan of that change.
