Black Lips have been killing the indie scene for a while now, but they never quite clicked with me until I heard “Modern Art” off of their recent Arabia Mountain album. That jam is just so fun and inviting, I couldn’t help but dance uncontrollably the first time I was exposed. Since then I have gained a greater appreciation for this band, and gone back and checked out most of their discography. Anyway, Black Lips did a killer Daytrotter Session to celebrate the release of their album. Arabia Mountain is available now via Vice.
