It may not always be accurate, but it doesn’t require much effort to reduce a decade to a particular quality or style. With that said, Russian producer Bittertv’s “DDC (Dreams To Dreams Connection)” has that 1980s, 18 Carat Affair, funky lo-fi sample music. Pussy Riot is locked up now, but whatever. Bittertv doesn’t say a thing on this track. He knows how to sound good while staying out of trouble.
