Alchemist x Dr. Romanelli | Diagnosis [Audio Collage]
For his latest drop, Alchemist teamed up with fashion designer Dr. Romanelli as part of his capsule collection for Coca-Cola. And in doing so, Al crafted the Diagnosis audio collage with some help from Action Bronson and Twiz The Beat Pro. It’s a killer little mix that’s full of flips of vintage coke advertisements and is probably the best commercial-related releases I’ve heard in a minute.
You can download the collage here.
Main Attrakionz x Tynethys | Main Attrakionz x Tynethys [Mixtape]
The story goes that Bay Area duo Main Attrakionz and producer Tynethys recorded an album earlier this year, only to completely lose the project following a hard-drive failure. Bummer, right? Yeah, but they didn’t let it stop them. They got back in the studio and started from scratch to craft their self-titled mixtape. These guys tend to release a LOT of music, so I know that it can be difficult to keep up with them. But if you’re looking for something new from them, I’d definitely go with this tape.

Rustie’s Remix of Pusha T’s “Trouble On My Mind” Featuring Tyler, The Creator
Before he hits the road in the U.S., Glaswegian producer Rustie wanted to get off to a running start by dropping some new-new. It arrived by way of a monstrous remix of Pusha T‘s “Trouble On My Mind” featuring Tyler, The Creator. I personally still prefer the original, but that’s just because the production by the Neptunes was so glorious. This is obviously killer, too, but I’m just sayin’!
You can download the remix here.
One Eye Wide Records | Fragments Vol. 2 [Compilation]
If you come to Potholes on the regular, you’re probably a fan of instrumental music. And if that’s the case, then you definitely need to download One Eye Wide Records’ new compilation, Fragments Vol. 2. It boasts brand-new tunes from a few of our favorites like Prof.Logik, Doc Illingsworth, and Melodiesinfonie alongside a host of cats we’ve never heard before. Now, I obviously love hearing new material from those artists I listed, but it’s the discovery of unknowns that makes projects like this so damn enticing. Make sure you peep the track from Johnny North, by the way.
You can download the compilation here.

Congrats on the engagement! What kind of wedding music you guys having?
& I think Diagnosis is the first song I’ve heard with chicken sfx; just gonna assume that’s Bronson making tiny bwark-bwark-bwark noises at 4:17.
